Executive Director, LNHA The Views Senior Living of Marion
Diana looks forward to bringing her 25 years of experience and knowledge to The Views of Marion. Born and raised in northeast Iowa, Diana first became familiar with long-term care as a young teenager when she started up a volunteer candy striper program at her local nursing home. She always wanted to make a difference in the lives of those she served, which drove her to begin her career in long-term care in 1993. As a Business Office Manager and Corporate Financial Consultant, she assisted many residents & families with Medicare questions, Medicaid applications, and Long-Term Care Insurance claims. She still had the urge to do more and improve resident quality of care, so Diana obtained her Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)designation in 2009. Diana has served as a Nursing Home Administrator since that time and earned her community a 5-Star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, as well as deficiency free surveys from Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals & Iowa State Fire Marshall office. She currently serves as Iowa Healthcare Associations (IHCA) Northeast District Chair, as well as a member of their Board of Directors.
Diana looks forward to bringing her knowledge and passion for creating a culture of kind, compassionate care to The Views of Marion.
